Preparation for Medical Microneedling

Before we just jump in and start needling the skin we like to do some preparation to achieve the best results possible. Atleast 4 weeks prior to your first treatment we like to ensure your skincare contains Vitamin A, C & E and SPF. These are the essential building blocks for cellular health.

Omega 3 plays an important role throughout the body as an influential structural component of the cell membrane. If the cell membrane is functioning well, vital messages can be transported more effectively between cells. Resulting in a better outcome for your medical microneedling. We recommend Simka Omega 3's or a quality fish oil from your health food store. (Always check this does not interfere with medical conditions or medication)
