The combination of cold, dry air and indoor heating can quickly dry out of your skin. It’s essential to replenish the moisture levels in your skin from outside and inside out. Keep drinking water, or you can supplement your water intake with herbal teas. Herbal teas such as green tea, rosehip, and berries mix are excellent to rehydrate your skin as well as provide antioxidants to protect your skin from free radical damage. Drinking soups in winter can also help you add water to your daily intake. Eating fruits and vegetables that are high in water content is a great way to rehydrate and add fibre and bulk to your diet.
